My favourite spot that you didn't talked about is under cliff nearby Dire's Top T2 on the lower edge of stairs, next to a tree. This spot almost never get caught and gives some neat vision for pushing T2 or spotting Dire's rotation if taking rosh
Great video Z! I always love to ward behind any T2 my team is trying to take; I've found they rarely get dewarded and give some great vision for applying pressure
Nice video, showed me some spots I hadn't seen before! The only other thing I think is worth mentioning is that on all sidelane t3s, there's room to drop a ward on the side next to the trees for free high ground vision. Really good for Treant since they can't see you place it.
I find that only works in the Dire base though. Radiant is blocked by trees to the point I don't find it as good. I had a separate video on that before I think? Or talked about it somewhere so I didn't include it here, but I probably should have!
I just won a game because they never found any of my wards, the 09:15 being one of them. Not sure, but i think on 09:05 the bottom reveals hidden tps while one does not, small optimization. One idea for a video could be how different supports enable their ward game. Like Phoenix can place sneaky wards with Q, Lina can chop trees to give insane ward spots, zeus deward game, veno safety dewarding, etc.
Good video. In my experience people got much better at proper and thorough dewarding in the last years. Supports that provide highground vision feel soooo much better to play just because you can sentry more efficiently... using the courier to deward is just too slow and annoying in a lot of situations.
I was thinking about having something like this, but wasn't sure how. Screenshots of the minimap don't really show where exactly I'm warding, and then the map is too big to really screenshot it I think?
You dont need to cast a spell to check HG, thats inefficient mana usage. In DPC 2021 I saw a lot of supports taking their courier with them to check HG as they ward.
If you can use your courier, that's definitely preferable. Sometimes it might take too long though, and as long as you have enough mana, it's not a bad way to use your spells
For defensive ward, that might be good, especially for early game, but nope, not for offensive warding, that'd be bad specially since you're on the enemy side and tends to lose couriers too
I used two commands "-item sentry" "-item observer" I just copy and paste those commands a bunch to get a ton of wards. A bit of a hassle, but I don't know of a better way to do it
This guy is my favorite
Not only did he put so much effort to make a 2 hr video to help us but he also skips his homework like me

I love these guides! Thank you so much for doing these. Dota has so much going on for a beginner 😅
Thank you for the warding spots! Your videos are always nice to watch.

Great content keep going !
The dog following you was going crazy
I always wondered why people put sentries on the ground right next to the cliff, instead of just on the cliff
can you show laning ward video ???
love the long videos tho
need a map I can print for reference until I can get it down

Very good video, but idk when and how to enter enemy map, cos I'm getting killed.
One other spot is the side edge of some of the cliff.. if u put a cliff sentry u wont see them
1:32 I feel guilty :(

As long as you have mana regen you might as well use your resources, but you're right that using couriers for dewarding is strong!
how to use unli wards in your practice where can i go ?
I used two commands
"-item sentry"
"-item observer"
