Truly an American treasure. Her sense of whimsy from her first album has been fantastic. I've always thought she combined aspects of witches, pirates, schoolyard chants, tree-house playfulness, the best of the circus...a truly an intoxicating blend.
Wow Jesca, just heard you on Loose Ends this last Saturday and I've fallen in love with your voice and your songwriting and can't stop finding stuff on here and I love what you can do by being 'selfish' - or yourself, as I think. Thank you
It's INSANE how talented she is. She is some kinda angel, or maybe made a deal with the devil.. either way, she deserves *FAR* more appreciation and we don't deserve her 😭
Totally original but reflecting some on her Northern California roots, ie Jefferson Airplane, but also Sandy Denny ish. My favorite is the Animal Kingdom song…pure genius
sublime...i suspect she's an XTC fan, and I can't help but wonder what kind of insane opera she and Andy Partridge could conjure. And yet, she's no need to collaborate...her universe and nature is so much its own seed and sky.
I’ve absolutely fallen in love with her music ❤️😍
How refreshing and truly original she is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These harmonies on 'The Lost Sky'... I'm dying! So beautiful! Jesca is the epitome of being underrated.

Fantastic set. She bloody well can arrange a song and turn a lyric.
This is pure gold.

Just back from see her playing these songs at King Tuts, the band were all spot on, and her voice was stunning.
Amazing performance. Jesca Hoop is an amazing artist.
So good. Strong and smart women in music - heck yes!
Molto brava ! Congratulation !! I have been at your show in Italy, july 4th 2017 (Poggio a Caiano) ;-)

Just discovered this woman after listening to her beautiful, haunting voice on Elbows Dexter and Sinister. Bloody awesome
Holy shit. Jesca is just absolutely amazing.
Thank you Jesca for the 2nd best album of 2017 after Father Johns Pure comedy. Welcome to Finland soon!
Perfect live...just like the album.
This is fucking awesome 😎 can’t wait for the new album !
I saw her live on Friday, as the support act for Elbow in Amsterdam. Captivating.
Great singing, great music, top performance. Love Jesca and band. Greetings from New Zealand.
Incredible singer.
Wonderful. But I will never understand why she never sings live "City Bird". It's one of the best songs of all time.
Is this the best live performance of anything ever?!?
Ooooo yes
I think you can’t have seen Maria McKee on Hotel Babylon performing Life Is Sweet : )
Good grief, this is superb.

Thisis magnificent
Ahhhh, this is exquisite!
Her voice is so GREAT!!! And then her style is always sort of reminiscent of Mrs. Olsen from Little House on the Prairie. Haha
Grande et véritable artiste!
Such incredible talent. Kind of ridiculous really.

'Computer says no.' Hello, 'Little Britain'. LOL

Does anyone know where to find the blue patterned guitar strap Jesca Hoop has on the white guitar ?
What a set...!
I hear Jane a Siberry influence - The Walking & The Speckless Sky, two great records.
Such a singular and perfect musical voice.

I. Love. Jesca.

Kirana Peyton
brilliant...............love 1414
Usually I only spend like 10 minutes on the toilet,
today I spent 28.
Influenced by Kate Bush I’m guessing. Excellent!
Haha.. Computer says no! A fine nod to Little Britain.
Omnipotent Serendipity
*Omnipotydipity*
I like her voice, but she doesn't often finish final words. She just drops them like she doesn't have the wind. A minor complaint.
Typo
drummer is the only in the building who's one not gay
Jesca literally has a husband.
❤
