Due to the recent decision from the event owners of Cars & Coffee. They decided to postpone the meet and I wanted to make this clear. I do not condone to majority of the actions taken place in the video. I am just recording them because I enjoy doing so, with that being said, i agree with their decision to postpone the event so that things can die down. The actions from this months event were chaotic and with it being the largest turnout ever for this meet. It is difficult for the event to enforce the rules. I do not encourage people to do burnouts and have never encouraged them to do burnouts. The drivers are 100% responsible for their own actions. I’ve also never asked for likes and subs based on these videos either
I'm gonna call B.S on this. If you cared about the cars you would go down to the lot and film them with their hoods open and show the builds. Not standing up on the interstate on ramps. That is where people go looking for "trouble" to see the hard accelerations, burnouts and revving which Cars and Coffee has specifically told attendants NOT to do. By standing up on that interstate area you are contributing to the problem whether you agree with it or not. Go back down where the show is and film the actual cars with their hoods open. Instead you are egging them on with a camera and now look. We've lost our meet. The show is down at the actual parking lot, so either film there or don't show up anymore.
@@Runescape. I would much rather film the cars in motion than stationary. I get to the meet early enough to where I can walk around and checkout whats there for an hour hour and a half, ive came to this meet since june 2016 and ive never encouraged the behavior. I stood on the side. Even when I was standing alone at one point in the video cars were accelerating a little. Id much rather see a car accelerate than a burnout. It is what it is. I respect the event no matter what, if they insist no more filming cars leave I will do so. When I leave I dont do a burnout or anything like that. I leave normally. There are other people other than myself who are encouraging the behavior by egging and peer pressuring. Ive never gone up to someone and pointed a camera at them and asked them to do a burnout. I film because I enjoy doing so. I may have somewhat of an influence on people’s behavior but can i control what the driver does to their car..? No. Call it disrespectful to film cars on a street far from the meet or not. Its a passion people have. Agree to disagree

They are putting the blame on this channel and the few others who were there recording. They're saying you guys need to either join the real show in the parking lot respectfully or leave and stop causing trouble on the highway.
@@Runescape. youtuber have part of the blame. We are not the ones driving. We’re filming… drivers should hold themselves accountable for their own actions, so we dont have the full blame, some people standing on the sidewalk are just there to watch and take a few videos such as myself… others unlike myself are running around in the street encouraging people to do burnouts… 🤷♂️

Yep I heard. Unfortunate… I saw it coming since the beginning. It was too out of control and there were many factors that could’ve led up to it but being the main one was some of the behavior in the video. In my opinion at least what happens at the exit (which isnt on the property) shouldnt matter. Though doing burnouts and donuts on the property is quite disrespectful and I think they made a good decision postponing
Let's see if CMPD can get the license plates and start mailing these idiots tickets. $500 per person to start. Second offense is $1,000 and 3rd is impounding the vehicle for 30 days and a $3,000 fine.

I think my favorite part is that these people have now potentially ruined Cars and Coffee when there are 4 different tracks all less than an hour away for you to do these things at. But that would make sense and doesn't bring the "clout".
Not everyone is able to go out to trackdays… hence why the people want to see behaviors such as this at an easily accessible event such as Cars & Coffee…

I got there at 7:15 I normally get there at around 7:45 and there was a little bit of traffic even that early but it wasnt as bad as it was in the video
@@colby.s ah yeah. This was the largest one ive ever seen in my 7 years of coming to this event, i use to get there at around that time about a year ago and cars wouldnt start leaving till 9:30. Now they start leaving at 8:45. I left the meet close to 1, thats how packed it was
