I really do hope that you keep the end papers. 1st, I think they’re darling 2nd they give me the history of the book that I’m holding in my hands. Using authentic ephemera really gets me excited. Even if it’s just a can label from tomatoes, it’s very cool to me. Again, the artwork, the typeset, the art on the can label reaches out to me from its time period. Anyway, that’s my 2 cents. I’m really enjoying your videos!

Oh thank you! I appreciate your 2 cents! I do plan to keep the end papers and I love vintage papers of all kinds as well. To me it’s a balance of using the old but balancing the esthetics as well as using items from todays time as years from now our items will to be considered “old”. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! ❤️

I loved this video and I’m loving this series and looking forward to more videos in the series. I always wondered how people made fabric snippets with scraps, and you totally demystified the process for me and made it seem very accessible. Also loved the fabric washi tape tutorial. I can’t wait to try making fabric snippets and washi tape on my own. What kind of double sided tape do you use and where do you buy it? Your videos are also really soothing and calming. TY❤!

I'm so glad! The double sided tape I get is from Amazon. The brand is called AJ sign world premium double sided tape. It comes in a large roll in all different widths. Let me know if you need any other help when you give it a go! It’s super fun and relaxing ❤️

Madilyn here. i am enjoying all that you are doing. Nor boring at all. I love your material scraps. Where do you find all your vintage material scraps? They are so colorful and match your paper perfectly. I could sit and do the snippet glueing while watching tv. Love the video. Stuck with you to the end.

So glad! I’ll have part 3 very soon! Life got extra busy this week!
The vintage scraps I use in this series was from a quilt top. Sometime you can get lucky enough to find at estate sales but I’ve purchased the ones I have via eBay. There are also sellers on eBay that will sell a “lot” of vintage scraps, usually sold by the weight.
