I've seen the show a couple times before and it's great. They are both great with kids and just really nice guys
I actually did this once and dueled Jack Sparrow, this character is incredibly important to me as my parents named me after him, combating the man I was named after was like a dream come true

from someone who sees the show everyday, he is the best. Every show he does is different and so funny. Also, he is one of the nicest people I have met backstage as well as on stage.
I've been watching this guy's show for several years. He is amazingly good in all aspects of Capt. Jack and great with kids and ad libs. Love Capt. Jack. BTW, this is the best one of the several they have at WDW!!!

I worked at the Magic Kingdom in 2010. The person that plays Captain Jack Sparrow is chosen by Johnny Depp. Also, Johnny Depp likes to come around dressed as the Captain once in October and participates in the Halloween parade

I just went to Disney yesterday. The guy that they have now is amazing I was in total shock. Being a huge fan of the movie I could truly tell he knew Jack's personality perfectly. I want to contact this guy...if anyone can help me pls message me!!!

I remember being picked to participate in this back in 2007. It was so fun! And I totally thought I'd be too old to get picked cause I was already 14.

I so wanted to be chosen for the show but my mom said that I'd never get picked because I'm an adult. We Had a front row seats and got great pictures. Wish I had tried to get chosen though. 😟 will he choose adults at all? I look a lot younger then I really am.

this is a very realistic actor meaning he doesnt really think that he is a "i am johnny depp captain jack parrow all the way, never breaking out of character type" of actor , but more of a" i am an actor that will portray a jack sparrow character". as you see him control the crowd of children and interact on somewhat his own personal way, he also breaks away from character by calling "jayson" to control the children. Also this guy looks trained on giving positive reinforcements to children

we went in august 2010 at magic kingdom my daugther just loved it becoming among jack's sparrow pirate crew :)) but the jack sparrow impersonator we had looked and talked and acted alot more like the real one ;) this one looks a bit hummm drunk at times lol i wonder how many impersonator they have ? thats a real fun show wish we could go back

I was there last Tuesday at the guy who played Jack Sparrow. Was a lot better than this guy. He sounded almost exactly like Johnny Depp. And personally would've payed money to see him in the next Pirates film.

OK so one year I was at the show was about five years old and I got picked to be that lucky person to learn how to sword fight and I did it I was really happy and then I didn’t go to Disney for like so long and then I went back when I was eight and Captain Jack sparrow said to me “I recognize you .”come up come up and I got chosen every time from then on . 😂😂😅

Not that I know of. I was a part of it a few years ago... would have been around 18-19 years old or so. Still have that bloody scroll somewhere around here. XD Just be as energetic as you can be about it, and there's a good chance he'll pick you. He's quite good-humored. :)

Great Jack, I haven't seen one in Disney that isn't brilliant.
I like the show, but I think it needs more action. maybe an enemie pirate could threaten Jack's "future crew"? I don't know. I just think it needs more action.
