I'M ONE OF THOSE EARLY CUSTOMERS AND YES IT'S HAD IT'S CHALLENGES but it is really starting to stabilise now. Super simple to setup and we were up and running in minutes. I would say my only con would be the faceless feeling of mailchannels and no account management
