- This is the story of one of Britain's most notorious reformed criminals, Jason Coghlan, who spent 16 years behind bars before he found an even more dangerous and effective pastime: studying the law. VICE gained intimate access to Jason's life over two years, witnessing the rise of his legal firm, which explicitly caters to the gangsters of the Costa Del Sol in Spain. However, the echoes of his old life are never far away and a gang feud in Jason’s native Manchester threatens to unravel his new amicable existence.

I'm brown myself so before you say I'm a racist white guy I'm not. I have a British passport but have moved out of the country a couple of years ago. I miss it but I miss the older England before the EU and all those open borders and other EU policies ruined Britain.
Along with all the other destructing EU policies, fees, courts etc that do not benefit Britain - Britain is also slowly or tbh already become the immigration hotspot in the EU after Germany for immigrants outside the EU (aka mostly Middle Easterns, Africans & Eastern Europeans, Turks, Syrians, etc.). And because of this Britain is loosing its sovereignty & therefore its culture and British ways too.
Don't believe me that England's majority will eventually be non British people? Just watch.
UNLESS the UK gets out of the EU. Then we might have a chance.
If you don't mind the UK being a united nations then thats not a problem. I honestly wish it could be. But i don't this a tiny island with almost 70million people (Canada and Australia have 20-40 million just think about that.) and now more because of immigration can handle all different kinds of people living side by side.
From super strict muslims (ofc not all muslims. However some.) who want sharia law in Britain to really liberal, progressive, open minded types from all sorts of countries.
A population of diverse people like this living beside each other or in the same island (which you can drive from one end of to the other in 8 hours.) is obviously going to cause some serious tension.
Then add the fact that there are a huge amount of people who feel the land is more theirs than people who have immigrated to the country in the last 50-100 years. These would be the British and tbh they have every right to feel this way. Im sure the people of Syria would act similarly if the role and situation was reversed (aka the UK being the war torn country and Syria being the country taking in immigrants pouring over into their country.)
Yeah just a recipe for disaster the EU and Britain are unless we exit europe and stop this plan made in hell.
As much as we would love for England to be a cultural/diverse mosaic its going to instead, be a melting pot with a huge divide eventually forming within the population. Which as a result could cause some major unrest.

In all seriousness, if you watch it the whole way through, it is a really good documentary, you can love him or hate him but you cant hate VICE for doing such a good job at portraying his life. A very well made documentary in my opinion.

A few points to make:
1. He never actually had tears any time he whimpered or wiped an apparent tear
2. He's obviously high as all hell off coke displayed by sweating profusely and having extremely dilated pupils in multiple parts
3. You can never trust a cokehead
4. Gangsters do not continuously re-iterate that they're gangsters, a code of silence is above all. He seems to be missing his youth and because he's continuously cooked there's no filter on what he says whether it's true or not.

Really impressive and well-edited documentation. Found it really interesting how he went from being a crook to being a bourgeoisie crook ("pays" taxes and manipulates the overpowering societal systems in his favour). He was really high during filming which is pretty funny.
