Man, all the details are so slick. Seems like Every time I get one running I end up upgrading drivetrain, and electronics, and the scale details become an afterthought. Trx4 blazer, scx10ii, Vattera ascender, and even an old style scx10 wraith hybrid ( big pumpkin og scx 10 axles and short links.... It's an antique at this point, but pretty bulletproof.
But I'm running my lexan trucks hard, several bodies have over 500 miles. Not sure how a rc4wd truck hardbody would hold up to 2-5 miles on each run. Me and my son have been going out on the trails just about once every 2 weeks for 5 years, so now a 2 miler is just a warm up.
But I want to build more trailers, and maybe a roll back tow truck, and drag all my equipment out just to get inspiration next year.
I live in Kentucky this is one of the biggest shows 👍🏿👍🏾

I’m not sure who built it. But it was wild, servo driven with a rear belt drive. Steer servo was inside the cab. The scale stack of car batteries up front was super detailed.
I wish I could hear of these events before they happen.
They all do Facebook pages. Next one on my list this year is axialfest badlands in Indiana. They have horizon fest but it’s more planes and on road type stuff in Illinois shortly after badlands.
They have rocktober in this same location as well.
