You guys are absolutely full of life! ❤ I hope you don't mind me asking, but I really need to get something off my chest. My husband also loves to go on long trips! But our family always puts him down with words like, "Traveling by car is risky. How many accidents happen daily? You should never travel by car, etc." It's so interesting how they choose to drive on the same 4-lane highways that they say are dangerous when they're in villages. I guess it's just a matter of convenience for them because they can't drive in metro cities anyway. And yet, they always come across with a message like, "If you travel by road by car, you are a rebel," so my hubby has to travel with that baggage in mind always. Do you guys also face this? If so, how do you handle it? Also, my husband never contacts family in case of emergencies because instead of helping, they are like, "We told you so. Roads are evil." It's so frustrating! Please address this in your own way. Thank you! 😅
Both me and Riya are based at Mumbai. Our families are at hometown, I tend to inform them at the last moment!!

One of my brother once told.. in flight accident chances of survival is 1% however via other modes chances of survival is 99%
Anything which happens on road stays with us and limited info goes to family.. We are driving at UP now, but in case of any issues it's only us who has to solve.. so we tend to solve it ourselves and taking help from locals !!

Madhya pradesh Roads are good and smooth we went to Omkareswar & ujjain from Mira Road. Only outskirts of Indore are under construction. We were there in may 2024.

I follow closely your blogs. The mileage you are getting is perfect, because I have noticed the same thing in Kushaq. With stock Goodyear tyre, 800 KM drive gave me 18.4 but the tyre vibration was too much. Then I have changed to Michelin primacy. Ride quality improved significantly including grip, comfort and breaking. But in 700 km recent drive I got 16.4 mileage, which was ok for me considering the ride quality.
When you cross Tezpur, you can try Mousumi restaurant. Its famous for thali and fishes. I used to visit there while going from Guwahati to Itanagar.

Yes, I get 16+ when I drive in cruise.. I am using pilot sport 4 from Michelin. It's good !
Yes had food at Mousumi and KF restaurant Tezpur multiple times !! Even I was regular between Itanagar and Guwahati long back 2003-2009 !!

@@radheyadeshmukh486 Not possible, Mechuka is western side of Arunachal and Tawang is on eastern side. If you wish to cover both then it may take another 10 days, considering weather conditions. With paucity of time it’s not possible in a single visit.
I know Mexhuka is good.. but not on list this time.. due to the terrain.. going to Tawang side..

In Dec 2022 I did a 2400 kms round trip from Malad to Jabalpur and back via Samruddhi and the Nagpur Jabalpur highway. I have many video clips but feel lazy enough to make a proper video. Would like to share some with you.
Wow Mast Blog tha! How do you travel 1000 plus Km in 1 day its very tough task. Kaha se itana energy late ho aap!! I can drive max 400 km per day that too in 13-14 hours. Salute to you for 1000 km in 1 day but mai suggest karunga night me drive kam karo if you are driving such long distance, I did not see lightning and i think that was plastic bag and and not snake
With good road you'll not notice how much you cover in a day

I am not been able to take a decision, I want to buy slavia 1.5 but not been able to confident about dsg and skoda have stopped 1.5MT. I am getting one piece but 20L and taking MT but not confident of DSG. Super confused. Since you have MT, help me to come out of confusion. How is clutch, is it light to use even in city? Any idea about reliability of DSG in tsi engine? Please help.

First of all 1.5 T with manual transmission is drivers car.... See if you are getting any old stock with any dealer.. for Slavia.. for virtus they always made it DSG
I know PPL using DSG.. but heard old gen dsg issues are now resolved... So you may take that chance
Clutch wise it's hard compared to Hyundai/ Maruti.. I have previously used i20 but it's manageable for me as my drives are mostly highway oriented..

Yes, but will be very much hectic.. coz in UP we found lots of cattles etc on roads.. so drive thoda tiring ho sakta hai

Another thing I couldn’t understand why chose to enter MP from Nagpur. From Nagpur you could have taken the route Mumbai to Kolkata. Bypass Kolkata and head towards Siliguri. From there you have to enter Assam for assessing Arunachal or Meghalaya whatever. The route you are following is much longer and the roads will be not that good. Also avoid night driving.
Followed G maps.. that was long by 4 hours actually!!
@@Travidiction you are actually wrong I have driven on the route. Now you are facing flooding in Bihar. Take extra precautions. Take prior information, just a suggestion. Ultimately you are actually travelling, I’m not. I will be hitting road in last week of November.
