out of Jessica and Natalie I think Jessica was the better daughter expect for when she was Tess but Jessica was always there and Natalie was more concerned about her personal life

What's with her holding the pillow the whole time in the last several episodes? Was something going on with her health in real life?

They were showing what a real heart patient would have to do. They tried to be realistic(ish)

When you have any type of heart surgery bypass transplant it's one of the most painful surgical procedures to recover they literally have to cut through the ribs or break them if you will to get to the heart sometimes pillows relax the muscle pressure points
