Tel desperately needs to release his books in an audiobook format. This is a no brainier as he’s the best at reeling off a tale, your there with him. Not a lot of people have got the ability to do that. I always revisit these after a few months as it’s engrossing content. Keep up the vids ESP with El Tel 🎣 🎣🎣

Hello Terry, first merry Christmas, I used to fish, and lived just down the road from you, Yea Box Hill mate, and used to see and talk to you in Tesco, still rember your bmw, and you were leaning against is, we were chatting. Many years have moved on, and I dont fish now, as photography is a big part of my life, and trying to sort my channel out. But I never forget those meetings, and read your book, you are and always be an amazing angler, your approch, and thoughts to your appoach to angling is always compeling, keep going mate, and have a great new year, Me and my son loved fishing, and would spend weeks at Thorpe Park Ski lake, fishing, talking wacthing the world wake out, the morning mists, and beep beep, Tench on, yea happy days!!
Terry you really are a legend mate since lock down I’ve started to watch all you vids I love how you tell the story and don’t forget even the smallest of facts like the blue bag !! Your a pleasure to watch and a asset to carp fishing mate thank you to you and all the staff at esp for getting me through these hard times !!!!

I have been waiting for this one, and Terry didn't disappoint in telling the story. I still have the 2003 angling times article on this capture somewhere, one of my favourite venues of all time, didn't even need to be fishing, quite often just enjoyed wandering around watching the fish. Great story. Was great to say hello to Terry at a carp society show recently. He gave a great talk. I'm disappointed i was nervous saying hello and having a quick chat but pleased to meet him though.
Listening to Terry’s tale I cast my mind back to Dick Walker’s writings and see a lot of similarity’s even though we have moved forward 70 years on. I wonder what Walker would think about the carp scene in this day and age?
