Wow it was fun to watch this video. I had the electric version of this HSP RC. I think it also goes under the name of Savagery. It worked very well. I still regret selling it. I had a father and son come buy my mini e-revo i had for sale, but they didn't realize it was a mini. They wanted this truck from me. They had the cash in hand to pay for it and I sold it cuz I had my eye on other RCs at the time I wanted to get. oh well that's the way it goes sometimes. Cheers my friend, great video!

Nice lil rig you got there my friend! Just got back in the hobby and I have a traxxas rustler 2wd it was brushed I turned in to a brushless. I also have the 80amp 21101 jlb cheeta lot of car for the $300 rtr. Great video I really like your channel I learn something everytime I watch your videos😊

Haha this Aussie needs to use google translate 😆 I can understand and talk Maltese better than I can type it. Make sure you run a nitro engine in and tune it properly before running it, most important thing you have to do, not like electric where you slap in a lipo and thrash it out the box 👍

Here’s a tip if you take your igniter off while you talk it would keep the charge in it and not burn out the glow plug so it will run longer. ChEers. :)

Good video man I have a nitro lacerea rc car and it bashed like your but I gotta say in the beginning of the video I think leaving the igniter on the glow plug for a long period of time will burn it

Hey Michael hows it going man, yeah it was time for me to get this big beast out again...been a long while...too long! a 1/10 scale nitro would be great as well man, HSP make some good ones bro, i may buy a 1/10 scale nitro from HSP next. I think the cost of Electric vs Nitro is about the same tbh man, i mean electric cars or trucks do always have things break or escs blow out , diffs blow etc etc... these nitros are built pretty solid as far as that goes, but you do need to run em in first like any motorised engine and if you do that well they will last a long time, the cost so far for me is mainly nitro fuel, but that also is just as cheap compared to buying a heap of lipos for electric RC's. depends how much times you run it as far as fuel goes obviously. but you cant beat the sound of Nitro! :)
Also i wasted a fair bit of fuel trying to work out why it wasn't throttling forward until i realised the tx must of moved in my backpack and flicked the reverse throttle switch, so i only ran maybe 2/3 of a tank or less this run. I would have had double the amount of run time than i filmed yesterday which is decent. I'm still a bit of a newbie to Nitro, but i like the learning curve of tuning to different conditions like weather and temps etc. Basically you want to run em a bit rich with plenty of smoke on throttle and definitely not too lean otherwise....Boom! there goes a motor
In the beginning of the video you have said that there was a problem with the breaks, mine is a brand new one and i started the break-in procedure and in the second tank i figured out that one of the screws holding the breaks disk was loose and it was constantly applying the breaks. I tightened it without locktide or something. What you did to fix it?

Yeah that plate in the middle of the truck was loose as well I just tightened it up
