Good meditation but no use with ads popping up and disturbing.
That is TH-cam trying to get you to go with their paid program. I have no control over it.
Guided meditation with ads? Doesn’t work for me, sorry.
They are no my ads. TH-cam does it and I have no say in the matter. I find that there aren't any when listening on the computer
