MR Sanam Puri is a wonderful addition to India. His songs , at least some of them , are better than the original. He is personable better than MOST Bollywood actors and finally he has pride and propriety which practically all Bollywood stars lack, currently!!
As someone who dislikes modernization of legendary classics, I have to say, Sanam is very, very, very good.. and perhaps the only option I'd seek when I need to hear old songs in a different avatar. His voice is very beautiful, and has a mellow quality, plus, he's never off-tune and doesn't distort the songs or singing style...
