Yeah brother, I am currently a student None of those strategy videos worked until I started figuring out myself and creating my own schedule..things(scores) are Lil better now but definitely not great.. building up a slowly P.S having a workout routine is amazing And I struggle with meditation but experimenting doing it Also its been a long time since u started following you..you4 advice feels realistic
