- Today we are trying an all you can eat breakfast buffet in Mazatlán Sinaloa Mexico. We are staying at the Hilton Doubletree and decided to get our first taste of a Mexican breakfast in Mexican paradise. We went in with the chilaquiles which is Mexican staple when it comes to breakfast. I tried some birria and countless other options that they offered in the Mexican buffet spread. I love the words unlimited all you can eat because well it's exactly what I did while going through the Mexican buffet. Hope you guys enjoy this Mexican food vlog in Mazatlán Sinaloa.

Hi Carlos - Simply loved this Mexican breakfast Vlog - Your dishes were yummy Tortilla- Red tomato v’s green tomato (sauce ) , beans , Mexican style Zucchini, Beef birria, Menudo sinaloa style soup ( extra seasoning) , guajillos , Scrambled eggs with churizo. molletes - Sophie - Tortilla red sauce with beans , Zucchini, and a pastry - Polished off with a green healthy juice ! in the state of Puebla there's a "magic town" (pueblo mágico) called Zacatlan de las Manzanas, in the years of the french invasion many frenchies deserted the military and stayed in that town making it famous for its bakeries, they make all the mexican variety of bread but filled with cheese. if you want a frenchie experience in Mexico go to Zacatlan.

France has a huge influence in Mexican cuisine and culture. The famous soccer team Chivas colors stem from the French flag because there first players were French.
Actually the founders where French which is why they chose those colors not because of first players but their was some French in the beginning the colors represent fraternity,union and sports but yeah the red white and blue was for the French flag now they only accept Mexican players which is the only team to do so no foreigners can join chivas

Guess Carlos did not tell Sophie that the Frijoles are made w/ Lard. Definitely not Vegetarian friendly. 😉
No they most likely weren’t, mostly street vendor or more authentic restaurants do use lard flavor but not everyone does it, some use vegetable oil, some use no oil at all. Usually the hotel restaurants don’t use lard because of the amount of international vegetarian clientele they get not to mention, religious people who don’t eat pork also visit Mazatlán.

Intestines are tripas , menudo is beef stomach or also called beef tripe, and they are both delicious but maybe not for everyone.
As far as I’m aware, menudo is made from tripe and not from pig.
