ps it's so strange watching you struggle with these tropical plants, for aussies they run wild, whereas we struggle with anything pretty and delicate like tulips etc, they just fry - basically anything at that flower show wouldnt stand a chance 🔥😅

We have now covered all our grass with mulch put in stepping stones and planted up tropical plants … and turned it in to a tiki garden .. with a cheeky little bar 🌺

Helen your garden is looking amazing! If you want some more flowers of a tropical theme, I would definitely recommend Canna's, lots of lovely varieties that have gorgeous flowers (Musifolia, Russian Red, Cleopatra) and also Hedychium - George's Jungle Garden videos are amazing for inspo! x
