Buses at Highpoint

This video was filmed at Highpoint Shopping Centre, in the western Melbourne suburb of Maribyrnong, where there is a large bus interchange serviced by CDC Sunshine, Transdev and Ryans buses coming through on routes 406, 408, 409, 223 and 468. The Volgren CR228L bodied buses were a common sight.

Why any buses are blue? I thougt that all Melbourne buses was orange.
