I know people are constantly saying this, but have to say it again.. the fact that their bodies are so meticulously maintained and in peak physical condition, is absolutely commendable and admirable. adam mac nope. I do film myself and make edits but nothing to upload. not yet anyway. But the point I get at is that it's hard to not train. People like them and us hate having to stop and hate the idea of not being in top condition
Randycorn Corny That makes a lot of sense. I can see it being so habitual that you'll feel weird if you don't stay active and train. Good luck man! Hope you succeed at all your goals!

Y’ALL I’ve been watching Nile for almost FIVE MONTHS!! I don’t do gymnastics but seeing his love and passion for this sport reignited my love for volleyball and ever since I’ve been doing better than ever.

I’m not a gymnast and I’ve never really watched the gymnastics part of the Olympics but I’ve been subscribed for Nile Wilson for about 6 months and I enjoy his videos so much! It just seems like such great banter in that Gym! A true inspiration x

Been watching for the past 2 years, and I must saw you never get old
I’m 14 and used to do gymnastics,watching your vlogs has really inspired me to start gymnastics again but a year ago I had an accident where I broke both wrists. One still has problems and I can’t put any weight on. I have started training on my flexibility and core strength but won’t be able to get back to my standard before though. I’ve not yet given up and will continue to watch your vlogs and will continue wanting to be a gymnast again so thank you you’ve made a lot of difference to my mind set.

I somehow came across this channel about 2-3 weeks ago and I find it so fun and inspiring! Makes me want to cheer on GB gymnastic team more than my own. Such a fun vibe and great connection to the viewer community and just all around positivity. Definitely a go to channel to make me smile/laugh after stressful days

I sometimes worry about some of these challenges, because it seems you could put yourself in a position to injure yourself, when that affects your livelihood among other greater things.
That's true, but getting hurt doing a challenge verses training is looked at quite differently by those in charge.
That's why some athletes are given strict guidelines as to what they can and can not do. It's a lot different when you get to the level that Nile is at, you carry more weight as far as endorsement opportunities etc. Done right, this guy can be set for life by endorsements alone.
