Yep Jim. That’s my thing. The Trains have been a passion of mine since I was a little kid. The kites, well they are just fun. Hopefully this looks a little better.used some better footage this time around, and loaded in HD.
@@mrlionel1965 "if" you were to make one, what do you think it would go for? Not trying to put you on the spot or anything like that ,by any means, I was just curious of what something like that would cost because, it sure is a work of art. you took a cartoon and made it living art ,doesn't get much better than that!!
There are 2 versions of the Wright Flyer. Mine is the bigger one. The smaller version does not have the spinning propellers. I thought it would be cool do do a real life comparison on these kites.
@@mrlionel1965 I mean maybe you could get a license and contract or some kind of deal with them where they make money off each sale and because who wouldn't want a Snoopy kite?
Thanks Glenn. It really was a fun one to make. Since I first did this one, they came out with a giant F35. It’s about 5 times the size of the one in the video. I think. Chow still bas one in his store.
Great collection of Flight Kites you have Sir. Thanks for sharing them with us!
This was a fun video to make. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
That's a great collection you have there, Ken! Trains and planes are clearly important to you.

He is custom built by me. He actually turned out pretty good.

How do you make the F35?
The kite is available commercially. I didn't make it. I bought it.
So they are called sholz now are they.
I am not sure I understand your comment. Joe Scholz designed the Wright Flyer. It was sold commercially through a manufacturer.
Do you sell the Snoopy kites? I want one!
I am so sorry for the late reply here. Please accept my apology. do not. I don't want to get in trouble for copywrite infringement.
@@mrlionel1965 you should get a patent on it and get somebody to make them you'd be the richest man I know of!!

Late to comment. What troll could give a thumbs down to this?
It takes all kinds Glenn. I really wish those people would just stay off the internet and go do something else. Maybe he is jealous.
@@mrlionel1965 or channeling his inner Roman. You are right. Let's do some good with the net. Kiting helps.
