I will say a challenge that I've heard and seen with Paraform is the length it takes to get a recruiter's application reviewed and approved to start working on the platform. I've been sitting now for over a week. I'm going to try the other platforms to see if I can get some success there.

Paraform rejected my application with the wording "no experience working with startups". Although in my application I indicated at least three startups that I worked with. This is strange.

I need both the CRM and ATS platform to be on 1 platform - I Think it would be much more organized like this instead of a pure ATS and seperate CRM.

Always go for softwares with transparent pricing. "Get a quote" will be cheap initially, then milk your company when you buy in to the software.
