I can hardly believe Britton is already a year old! My gosh, where does the time go? It’s crazy. Great video as usual. You should see what comes up in my “pet room” if you think your carpet shampooer is dirty. I have 3 snakes with Aspen bedding, 3 tree frogs in a bio active set up and 3 parrots with their seeds and such that they enjoy flinging everywhere. A few tufts of doggie hair is nothing!! Loved this video. It inspired me to finally tackle the junk spot on top of my fridge. I too believe a clean kitchen is my love language as well. There's no better feeling. I love it when my house spells clean. Clothes declutters for your last baby are always a little bitter sweet cos it reminds you that you little ones are growing up way too fast.
Gross is normal for all of us homemakers, even without pets, lol. Way to go cleaning up! Your home looks great! I always struggle to pick up dead bugs in a timely manner. They gross me out so much, I just want to be as far away as possible from them, and I end up taking forever to finally clean them up. XP

My carpet steam cleaner is like that after every use! 😬. I use one of those snake tools from the dollar tree to get into that part that used a straw brush cleaner on. 😊

You were talking about keeping your kids clothes for a keepsake one thing I found was really cool on Pinterest was where this lady took her baby's outfit and turned it into a teddy bear she used the same amount of rice or beans to make the bear the same weight as her child when it was born I know that there are crafters on Etsy that do that if your interested in something like that

Not this week but I recently took way too much clumped hair out of the bathroom sink drain (yes I'm not sure how that much hair could go in a sink compared to a shower either) it was horrible so I commiserate & feel your pain of having to clean out the carpet cleaner head. A damp rubber glove over carpets & rugs is often much more effective getting updated hair than a vacuum.
@@KelseyDrummer sorry 🤣 hopefully you'll be fine but if you brush your hair a lot over the sink & don't collect and bin any fallen strands you have been warned.

I think I have the same carpet cleaner and I have cleaned it and it’s just as nasty with three dogs. Thank you for sharing because I think a lot of people don’t realize you have to clean your cleaning utensils and when you don’t they stop working properly. I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed a carpet cleaner at a Goodwill but they are disgusting and I guarantee they got donated because they weren’t working properly because no one cleaned them regularly. Another great video, thanks for sharing.
Hey 👋 if you clean off the tank, brushes and plastic bit (I have no idea what to call it 🤣 the bit with the dog hair) of the steam cleaner straight after you use it it's so easy and it also stops it smelling 😉
Oh I have stories for days that will make you feel better about your dog hair situation but I will spare you and list one. I actually have the same machine. Once we had a party foul and someone spilled a juice based adult bev...we cleaned it up with the carpet cleaner machine and actually forgot to dump it...we threw it in the closet...about a month later it, we took it out to clean the couches and it had maggots!! I win! There, now you can never feel bad about anything you do again. lol

I always like to watch you clean, LOL!! You still have a dog? I never see him/her in your videos. My grossest thing to clean up is always the cat puke, luckily it isn't an everyday thing. I forget, is your new floor an engineered hardwood or vinyl laminate? We put down bamboo engineered flooring and I worry about my rugs staying damp if I were to use my rug cleaner on it. Oh I remember when I would straighten up my girls toy box. They would think they had new toys because they had ones they hadn't played with for a while. Mine are 7 years apart in age, so wasn't really able to save clothes.
Smart, take the sandals away till it is warm enough! So when our child was young, we had to say sandals only If it it is 70 degrees outside, etc. That stopped any negative discourse!
I LOVE how honest you are…we all know things get gross…I do not enjoy watching perfection because my life is messy.
