it just sounds like you have more to learn about this game. in java you can trap an enderman in a boat to kill them without them moving or teleporting. not to mention that you don't crit any of the mobs, even the slow, normal zombies.
not to mention, you can make an villager breeder, then a string duper, then an iron farm, and start creating a villager hub to get important enchantments like protection 4 and sharpness 5. once you play someone who's experienced late game, early game will be so much easier.

have you thought about playing any game, not just minecraft? maybe just any game you enjoy to maybe make video creation more enjoyable
I have though about playing other games but I'm not sure what to play other than Roblox which would be enjoyable for people to watch
