Brother, there is something very soothing in your voice that relaxes the viewer, coupled with simple explanations. And I love how you inspire us by calling us 'chefs'! Keep doing what you do!
Amazing Latiff!!!!
Been with you since the beginning, made so many of your dishes, and the homemade naan breads are out of this world!!!!
I’ve recently taken my shahada, and would like to thank you for teaching me how to cook the most amazing food, plus how to be a good human being, not that I wasn’t! The importance of family, and to share your knowledge and skills to myself and your thousands of subscribers!!!!
Shukran brother
@@LatifsInspired full respect to you Latiff!!! And thank you so much for taking the time to reply!
Your a great guy who is inspiring a lot and lot of people!
Your obviously a very busy man, but you take the time, even early hours after service, to spread your love and passion for food to the likes of myself, and for that I thank you!!!
Me and my 9 year old son are going to come and visit your restaurant, I just need enough money to probably cover every item on your menu ha!!!!
Thanks again for replying, like I said, I know your a busy chap, peace and love to you, your staff and family
I feel like this needs to be said on an EID day dish. Whilst we have a minority in this country spreading misinformation and hate about Muslims and the Islamic faith we have the perfect balance. You educate us on what Islam really is, invite us into your home and your business and freely share the secrets, hints and tips to benefit us all. Truly you demonstrate the real values of Islam and how it is not only completely compatible with our traditional beliefs and customs but in reality enriches and adds to our wonderful and diverse culture. You are truly an ambassador for your way of life, religion and values. I applaud you sir.

I hope I got that right. I don't pretend to understand but from my research it seemed the most appropriate greeting. If not I mean no offence!
Have not been well and this is actual therapy watching you cook, thanks for sharing another amazing recipe.
thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe, we are truly blessed to have you here in the UK
At last an authentic proper curry. Love the way you present yourself, no gimmicks, no shouting etc just you showing us the curry like we are standing next to you. Take a bow my friend.
It is actually not! I am astonished at how Latic is misguiding everyone. Sylbet’s food is far inferior to the rich spices of Dhaka, the capital, which has thousands of years of culinary history.
The wooden spoon has seen a meal or two by the looks but to become well worn is the nature of a favourite tool. The dish itself, both oil and spices are terrible to taste but when cooked with the likes of chicken how they blossom. This dish looks no exception, it has elevated the humble chicken to a far higher perch and has given me quite an appetite :).
I have long since learned that I have to have eaten before watching one of your recipes. Otherwise the thought of the taste is tormenting! Definitely going to try this. Thank you for your wonderful channel.
MashAllah sir amazing effort yummy 👍👌👌👍may Almighty ALLAH Bless you all the best 👍👌👍❤❤❤
Yum
Will be trying this one definitely.
Iv got some cooking utensils of my nans over 50 years old love using them takes me back to a child helping her cook. Just shows the workmanship them days if we’ve still got them and using them.
That’s where I get my cooking skills from lol x
Latif, been wanting to do this but the wife doesnt like bone in chicken. Anyway she is away and i done it tonight. Wow, amazing. I think this is the best curry i have done.
Cheers man and keep them coming👍👍👍
Nice yummy 🤤
Punch Phoron is a favorite of mine,I live in a Bangladeshi neighborhood in NYC,with a lot of takeout restaurants,I have had chicken roast, but I didn’t know it was fried I make a lot of Bangladeshi style dishes, now I have another one to make..
Looks delicious as always, tried some of your recipes. I can actually now cook authentic tasty curry. Thankyou
The fried onions must have taken it to the next level. Gorgeous dish. Allahummah Barik
Looks delish. I will try this receipe Latif.
Keep em coming.
Brilliant, Less BIR and more authentic cooking - excellent.
@@LatifsInspired I love all your recipes, but I'm with Liam and I'd love to see more at home Bangladeshi dishes. Keep up the great work!
Man that curry is banging and the instructions are fantastic 10/10

As Salaam mualaiykum my brother
Your curry looks divine as usual
I'm hungry now I'm going to try this awesome recipe
Watching from South Africa ❤
It’s 1am getting prepped to cook this right now. Woke the other half up to join me 😅 thanks for amazing recipes been enjoying them and the videos for years.
Excellent.
I absolutely love your videos, they are so easy to follow and your explanations for using certain blends is brilliant. As an expat now living in Canada, its hard to find a good curry so making my own is the best way to go. With your recipes I'm taken back to my teen years in the UK where I experienced the joy of eating international curries :D Thank you!
Thanks for teaching me to cook a nice curry chicken. From Guyana South America
Looks absolutely delicious! I know what I'm cooking for my kids tomorrow! 😊
I will try to cook this today in sha ALLAH. I cant wait
@@sheila6476 Jazaak’Allahu Khyrun “may god reward you with goodness”. Really appreciate that
Allahumma Barik. This looks so good! I’ll attempt to make this for my family next Eid, Insha’Allah. A few practice runs for myself first though, obviously 😊
This looks incredible I'm trying this today
Thanks for your passion and lovely food. Love your work. All the best.
Love thos recipe so much 😊 Can't wait to try making it !
Thanks Latif. Ive learnt so much cooking from you to the extent the kids look forward to my curries than my wifes. Your dhal bhuna, chicken roast bhuna, mutton potatoe curry, lamb rogan jhosh, lamb kebabs, mutton cabbage and your recent chicken karai to name but a few are my favourites. All of these dishes turn out fantastic. So my personal thanks to you for you doing these tutorials. One of these days ill come to your restaurant to say hello. Im not expecting any freebie in return😊
Aslmualaikum your curry looks divine making me hungry 😅excellent chef.Appreciate your Bismillah before and after your cooking.
Always grateful for proper traditional recipes and not the bir recipes that are everywhere. Thanks looks delicious
I will make this curry. It's one of the simple ones I m going add some diced potatoes because I add potatoes to almost all my curries. It looks so delicious a d simple. Thank you
That looks absolutely amazing fella. I'm doing a curry night on Saturday and I'm finding it hard to chose which one's of your great dishes to do , there all mouth watering
Tried this recipe at the weekend. Absolutely beautiful 👌 your a curry Legend mate. Thank you for sharing your talent and wisdom 🤙
Perfect… 👌
This looks delicious except I’m going to put the chicken on the grill. There’s no way my wife will let deep fry drumsticks in our house 😀
Haha that’s funny, maybe do it whilst she is out ? Get a plug in air freshener next to where she sits?? Destroy all evidence before she returns, and have a rose between your teeth when she does return! This is advice from a 52 year old single man haha 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
@@LatifsInspired My mother was from Barisal (then East Bengal). I am now running 78 years old. My mother was not frying chicken while preparing chicken curry (মুরগির ঝোল). To your surprise she was not adding so much curry powder too. She used to sauté nicely with onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilies and of course there were potatoes. She was never adding cold water. She used to put water on the lid which was becoming hot. Lastly she was adding cumin powder before finishing. The whole house was becoming automatic flavour.
Yum, Yum, YUM!!!
Love to see Authentic food, Especially Eastern so please keep them coming Brother.
Delicious ❤❤❤
I will be making this tonight, it looks Devine Thank you so much for shearing your family recipes with us, it really is appreciated
Thankyou kindly for an amazing relaxed video. I love the format of dishes that would be ordered at a restaurant but cooked at home.... but then adding dishes that can increase my range for home cooking.
Hi Latif.. have just spent the most AMAZING Saturday morning cooking this with my lovely partner. We could hardly stop eating the fried chicken.. let alone cook the whole dish!! It’s cooked as per your instructions . We would both like to say a huge thanks.
Also .. how on earth does one get the turmeric out of the stove, sideboard & hands😂
Looks gooooood...
Al salumu aleikum
How on earth do you manage to keep these bangers coming!! I am going to cook your Chef Special Madras tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

WOW!! Chef, you did it again. What a gorgeous curry combo! I like the idea of vinegar. I can see where it would give your dish a beautiful tangy flavor.
Latif.. " are you hungry "
Yes sir...
Looks amazing mate.
Getting made at the weekend.
Great vid as always.
As always perfect. I have tried some of your recipes at home and they are so tasty. Bismila Thank you for sharing 😊
Love the videos! Any chance of doing a Pasanda recipe or something similar? Thanks!
Wow! This curry looks amazing. I'm going to put a full chicken in rather than just drumsticks. Great video as always latifs.
I excitedly wait for your new videos. My curries are now out of this world thanks to you. This one looks yum! Cant wait ti try it. Many thanks Latif. From New Zealand
Hi Latifs I cooked your recipe for my family this evening, I forgot to add the vinegar but man wow this scores a ten out of ten for us all thanks for sharing Dhan'yabāda.
Made many of your recipes can't wait to try this one thanks bro ❤
So many people have said this Latif but your skills in making videos is crazy good
Thank you for this great recipe Latif ! My friends Parents are from Goa and only on special occasions , his Mum makes a beautiful Goan dish called Sorpotel which incorporates vinegar and everyone looks forward to it ... I've got some in the freezer from the last event , tis bliss !
Looks absolutely gorgeous Chef. I’m cooking this at the weekend. Thanks 🙏
Looks amazing as always dude. Any links to an authentic chicken curry back home? Thanks.
would love to see you cook with @Food with Chetna you both make such beautiful Indian food and you make it so easy to follow
Salam bhai, my daughter said your cooking is on fire! (Ment to be a compliment!) ☺️
Wa alaikum assalam wa Rahmatullah. May Allah bless her. Barak’Allahu feekum
Hey Latif, you should do a collaboration with Gary Eats. Invite him to your restaurant and you could prepare a special dish for him.
What do you do with the leftover oil? And if you discard, how best to do this? PS thanks, your videos have transformed my cooking. I have a stash of garlic ginger paste and bhuna onion in my freezer, even just that has made life easier when we fancy a curry!
Looks fantastic as always. Been following you since COVID,where you learnt me how to cook authentic Currys. Thanks so much
Also as I'm from stoke,I've visited your restaurant many times.
One question,if trying watch your weight, what oil is best to use,to keep calories down?
@@LatifsInspired isnt ghee high in fats compared to other options. Obviously no expert.lol
@@daveclay4490 it’s a natural ingredient where as seed oils are cheaper but not natural.
@@LatifsInspired thanks for that, appreciate it. As do enjoy cooking a curry, usually a pathia or archari. But trying eat healthy.
Latif think about havin an eid menu available on eid day or the day after so locals can enjoy dining out for eid. You could also suggest that guests wear traditional clothes if they'd like. It's a concept you could promote through ads on tables, chatting with customers, and using social media. What do you reckon?
Love your recipes. Have tried a few. Please can you post the ingredients for the 5 spice mix you used…or make it as a TH-cam Short. I got nigella seeds, methi, cumin…what’s the other two ingredients? Tried looking in the other recipes.
man Latif, i envy the next time you cook that, if you start it with that leftover oil....you should just sell a concentrated version of that oil hahahha. Nice brother
@@LatifsInspired hey, we're going halves on the profit and the oil man ;)
Can you do a Indian fried chicken wings please latif loving the videos
Please give a detail explanation of the different spices uses like kasori methi
This is a bury your face in a curry recipe! Bloody marvellous dish. Am going to make this, but none of the family are getting any! 😂 Can't wait to cook this!
What do you do with the leftover oil? It must taste amazing!
We use for other curies as it has a lot of flavour as you can imagine
@@LatifsInspired I love when you say bismillah. I admire the respect for the food you are eating. And I'm not Muslim. I think it shows amazing character! I never heard that word until watching your channel.
Please can anyone share where they get their Kashmiri chilli powder from? I've managed to get Kashmiri chilli paste and Kashmiri chilli flakes, but not the powder. (Have tried grinding the flakes after toasting, but you just don't get that gorgeous colour.) Any help, very much appreciated. Thank you for another fab video, Latif. 😊
Guess thats tomorrows dinner
Hi and thank you for the video. You state in the ingredients 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, unless I am mistaken you used a white vinegar in the video?
Yes, correct. I had an issue with the one I had on the day so I had to change it. Any vinegar is good however I’d recommend apple cider vinegar is best for flavour
What’s the best oil to use for most curries? I’m using veg oil currently but would like to know what the chefs use.
Latif can you do vindaloo ?
Latif has changed my life. Been trying to make authentic curry since the early 1980s and his recipes are the best I've followed. Not tried any other recipes since I've discovered him. Thank you, Latif 😊.
WOW. Good for you Lesley! Dreams come true!
Wow, thank you!
If you haven’t already, Latif’s one pot recipe are incredible 👍🏻
