I have another trick for finding square of numbers between 50-60 eg- 59x59 (5x5)+9=34. (Multiply 5 and 5 and add it with the ones digit) 9x9=81. (Square of ones digit) 3481 is your answer.

When I was in the middle school, after finishing all class work problems me and my table neighbor got much time left and sometimes we used to calculate 10²-99² matrix, trying to be faster than the other one. It was fun!
You Are Correct But It seems Kind of Wrong IN MY CALCULATION I got for example 92² Which is 92 *92 So wee just Multiped The Frist 2 Digit which is 9*9= 81 And then the other Two Which is 2*2= 4 Idk But It seems to req add a 0 To the front of 4 8104 Which left us with 9*2 2x Which he did at last and due to the positioning while Multiply We Added a 0 at the end 8104 + 360 8464 the square Of 92
7^2=49. 2^2=4. Make that 04 when you combine. The top number will be 4904 then. To get the number on the bottom it will be from 7x2x2. 7x2=14. 14x2=28. Add a zero in the end to get 280 as your bottom number. Finally add 4904+280. 4904+280=5184. Check with a calculator for √5184 and it checks to be 72.

Ans is 9216 .... Way more easy in mind calculations...
