Yup! I swear they can reach BP levels if they continue this way. But unlike BP they are very kpop in every sense. BP is much more western though, bold, sexy and too exposed clothes. "The Boyz" is a difficult song to cover. But as usual, HYBE will throw the most difficult songs to their group for cover. And Le sserafim perfectly did it. The expression, stage presence, vocals, dance there's not a single thing they lacked.

Brave move for Le sserafim to cover this. We all know the original nine members of Snsd are quite good in vocals and their song The Boyz is a total bomb. It's really too impossible to be copied since Jessica voice is too unique but le sserafim delivered it quite well. And I love the part where they mixed their own music and that " Le sserafim we don't stop" fuck! I swear it get me. I got goosebumps girls!

i agree! i think what made it so good is that they didnt try to replicate snsd exactly but made it their own. when groups try to do an snsd cover exactly like snsd it usually falls a bit flat because no one can be snsd but with this since it felt true to the groups style it was so good and such a fresh take on the song

The Boyz literally sounds like Nelly furtado and timbaland songs so it never grew on me since every time I hummed it I ended up singing nelly furtado/timbaland. Le sserafim just made me like it since this was mixed in with fearless

I'm always skeptical about The Boys's covers, because you know, no one can do it like GG. But le sserafim really managed to capture me with this performance! Sakura, Yunjin, and Chaewon are all very charming and captivating performers. Now I would like Hybe to stay focused and serious in their training, even if they already debuted. They could enhance their technique in dancing and singing even further. However they are still my favorite girl groups nonetheless~
I like the fact that they don't have any specific position except leader. But they depend on the concept of who will be the center or get more lines. Cute concept - Eunchae, Chaewon/ Boyish Concept - Kazuha / Hot concept - Yunjin, Sakura. They are also based on what vocal suits in the songs. So it's really good when u hear it. That's the difference between other groups who are covering others songs. Loveshot, Hope and the boys. They did it perfectly It does not sound cringe.

you can tell hybe doesn't know what to with these girls' talent (in a good way meaning they're all so talented they focus on all of them). they had chaewon as center most of the time during fearless performances to draw in iz*one fans, sakura as center during interviews during fearless era for the same reason, then they switched to kazuha bc of her increasing popularity, and then eunchae and yunjin (yunjin was also center a lot during fearless era). now, i think they've settled on yunjin as the unofficial official- she's been center in most performances, interviews, and even in this comeback she's the only one who had dyed hair (blonde) which stood out against all the other members' dark hair. Yunji also has gotten the most praise for vocals and performance, so it makes sense for her to be center, BUT even when she is center unlike starship with Wonyoung and Yujin, Hybe doesn't make the other members fade. hybe is doing a phenomenal job at making sure every member is shining and showing off their skills.
