Red sweet fermouth - 30 ml
Scotch whisky - 30 ml
Honey syrup - 10 ml

A lot of bitters for my taste, I usually only use 3-4 dashes, maybe I’ll try with more next time!
I believe he has a very small dasher. From watching videos of The Educated Barfly I remember the guy there saying that those dashers give you a much smaller dash than the original bottle gives you.
It's a Japanese bitters bottle. You have to double the amount as the drops are smaller. So 4 dashes would translate to around the 8 Tolmach did

What I watch at 1 am
Don't You think, that using sugar syrup is faster for making old fashioned? And result is pretty identical. For example I prefer mine without those sugar pices floating around
