Go to boat website and click on support, click register a complaint, it will ask have you registered the product. I'm assuming you haven't so click on no and in the new page fill up your info, select the wired headphone/earphone and select your model, describe your problem. Upload invoice and enter pickup address. Just be sure that your earphones don't have any wear/tear cause that is not covered in warranty. Also pack your earphones well for pickup because boat doesn't take responsibility if your product gets damaged in transport. I have replaced my boat data cable 2 times. They respond to you by email or sms in 1 or 2 days after the complaint and arrange pickup after that.

Sir, very informative video. I have a brainwavz delta earphones & the right side of it is having some crackling sound like something is loose in there. It is working well as i can still feel the base effect from it. Even while taking it and shaking it in hand to assess the problem, it seems like there is something struck or loose or partially broken but still hanging in there. Warranty is over. Not all the same wire in all earphone if you wanted to repair earphone jack, you should know which wire is left spk+, right spk+, mic+ and last is Gnd-, in every earphone hav 4 maine wire
