Been using honey for year's now, never buy sugar or sweeteners, also never drink pop, mainly water, sometimes with honey or lemon and the occasional beer, but not enough to get drunk and usually with a meal.
Good call. I find honey just does not have the same addictive properties as table sugar so it's easy to regulate.
