This woman stands right up there with the best of the frontmen in rock. She's an amazing lead singer and vocalist. Not to mention very easy on the eyes, the more I listen to her I really appreciate her incredible talent. She's a bad a** rockstar. Not an easy thing to be. Kudos to you Cristina Scabbia. Had the pleasure of meeting the whole band in Dallas after a show. Just so happened to catch them just leaving onto their tour bus. Got a free shirt and band pic. Cristina is super humble and nice. Didnt really expect that since previous experience with other bands was luke warm at best. Bottom line is they put on a great show and they seem to care about their fans.

I've been to every gig they've played locally to me for the last 13 years, & the core band members have always been there for the fans & really approachable, right from the start, & have never really changed. I still remember sharing my chips (fries to you) with Maki outside of a gig while he tried to get a signal on his phone, and being hugged by Cri & Andrea both ^^ they're so nice.
Indeed. I met them last month in Kiev at Atlas Weekend festival. They came out to the fans in 5-10 minutes after the show (Diego and Maki were still wearing make up and stage clothes) while they really didn't have to. The whole band members were very nice and made photos with everyone, as well as signed everything. It was also super funny to watch the girls hugging Cristina. "Can I have another hug?" Lol.
I got to meet them while hanging out with Type O Negative in Dallas after their show way back in 2003, and the whole band was so humble and SO much fun. I already knew the Type O guys and those two bands together were hilarious! Maus had us laughing so hard! I miss being young...🤣

I think there is way too much spotlight on Cristina (quite understandably, she has amazing voice and is hot) but Andrea deserves applause as well (besides, he can growl)
I saw LC live last year and Scabbia looks like a movie star in the flesh. I know she looks great as it is but you have to see her in person to appreciate how attractive she actually is.

i can't get over how much the lyrics and this video simply sum up everything about what the band is actually like, and are made out of! the way they connect with their fans in the most down to earth way. Cristina Scabbia is truly a force to be recon with.
I had the good fortune to see them in a small (300-400 person) venue a few years ago. Marco was wandering through the crowd before the show, somehow I was the only one who noticed. I was at the bar, pantomimed the universal "Want a drink?" gesture. He grinned and wandered over. :-) So glad that they're still tearing it up. Cristina's sound has changed a little, but so has Andrea's. I like his growl a lot better these days... and damn near jumped out of my skin the first time I heard this tune: "Jeebus.... aggressive much?" Broken Crown Halo leads with a bang. Love the 1970's zombie film inspired sound too. :-)
I love this band because they always enjoy each other's company. Plus, they've never really had any "creative differences". The two guitarists and drummer left to be with their families. I love that.

I miss that Italian atmosphere they had in their music, their music really had that Italo-feeling in their first 3-4 releases. So much emotions were in their old songs, this is really gone now
Alright after reading through comments i see people are stuck in the past and can't get over themselves. If Lacuna coil stayed with their first three albums sound people would have got bored and been challenging them to grow and do something else besides the same ole same. But as far as their new stuff is concerned it's still heavy and stronger than ever. I think their subject matter is still the same for the most part but it's only so many times you can write the same song or album over. They have grown and are a force to be reckon with i see them play and their still awesome. Nothing's changed except the sound it's more straight to the point as oppose to throwing million sounds around it works for certain albums not all of them cause then you be really confused. All and all though Lacuna Coil is still great better than ever and for those living in the past your missing out. Metalheads are suppose to not give a fuck but i hear more complaining then teenage girls it's almost embarrassing just enjoy the music or leave them alone.
