I liked it and look forward to seeing how the show progresses. my only critique is there were a couple of really corny lines. i dont remember exactly what they were but if I remember correctly you were dialoguing with someone and said well I know these things or something like that. This show has huge potential. I would really have someone you trust keep you away from the corny lines, it takes away from your character. I felt like he level up in acting when he was on This Is Us, this new CBS show doesn't do much to continue his progression. However, I would like to see him move on to bigger projects after Tracker ends.

Hammer curls focus on the brachioradialis muscle that starts at the distal (further) end of your humerus, beneath the biceps and goes through your forearm to almost your thumb. It's the most prominent muscle of the forearm
really like the guy but his lack of knowledge of excercise science and his poor form are just a recipe for injuries. a) you don't need stretching before starting the excercise but a good warm up of the muscle. this is best achieved by doing the exact same excercise but with a significantly lighter load. b) he doesn't control the ecentric at all and he has picked the wrong weight to perform clean reps
