It's voice over, but the truth is he did livestream in mid ladder, and he commented exactly like in a youtube video, which means, he can't "comment" the same in a high skill match. But he is one of the best at playing on livestream+reading comments+commenting the game. His brain is good at multi-tasking. Overall i'd say this voice over is the least 'fake' voice over compared to any other youtuber I saw, he's the most precise, and he says every thought in a game he had, which is impressive, cuz the playthrough showcase that exact thought.

I play 3.0 and it's indeed funny when the other player breaks every single principle of the matchup by going Golem in the back first play clearly knowing you have X-Bow in cycle (due to the split Archers in the back) before 3-crowning you ☺️☺️☺️
