I already have all the documents you said on the video, My plan is send the notification to my current job today that I'm leaving in 3 weeks and put my new contract with that date is that okay? @@luissaez5555 Hi Luis, im not sure how long the processing time at the moment because of Covid, this video was done before Covid started. You can inform your current employer with your notice but there's no guarantee how fast youll get the variation of your visa. Call Immigration today to get concrete answer. Wish you the best. 🙏

When you submit the form, your bank details need to be written there and will be directly deducted from your account once visa variation is being processed

May question lang ako, I have been working as a Registered Nurse in a Rest Home facility, I have been working for 7 months already, I have been accepted by a new company and have been given me the offer letter and employment agreement. Question ko lang back to zero ba ako for the 2 years work to resident visa requirement of 2 years employment, if I change my employer and hindi na ba counted yung 7 months ko sa previous employer or continuous pa din? Thank you, hopefully you can answer me.
Hi , they've received my documents in beginning of the second week of November, make the transfer fees last week . You will receive a e-mail from them who said we send a mail to your postal address. Its the invoice plus others paperwork but no answer yet.

Check your contract coz if thats the case you might need to pay your employer for breaking the contract.
