You are losing so much time driving back and forth, time that could be spent making money.
Even if it means making more silage for an episode or two to make the money!
Then you could turn these further away fields into renewable energy so they can make money without you having to drive all the way to them.
I changed the farmland prices a couple weeks ago. It is far more affordable to buy forests in the coming update. :)
can you make the map for console?
@@marshalljackson760 I wish I could flip a switch and it would just work. It is technically not possible sadly. The map is 16 times larger than the default maps. Performance on consoles would not be a good experience. Giants are taking their role as moderators of mods seriously and have not made the map possible to download on consoles exactly for this reason.
We can only hope and wish that they figure out a way for large maps with 150K trees to run well on consoles in the future.

Nice map Ola. btw if you don't want crops like soya beans or corn in your map, you should remove them completely. Now i have havested a field with soya beans but have no where to sell them.
The advantage of the silo fermenter is that you can continue to fill throughout the year and have silage produced for sale on a hour, day, or month basis. And you do not have to empty it before adding new grasses/chaff.
I use the same shed in my game. I usually just poke the front of my tractor into the workshop part and that allows me to fix it and anything attached to it :)
It seemed to me by sticking the nose of the tractor into the barn for repairs, also lets you repair / modify what is attached to it. 🤔
If you buy a price of land which is ready to harvest then harvest it then you sell it you get the same amount back that you bought it for and you get to keep the crop and your money also love the videos
only mildly exploitative of the game mechanics, but an easy way to make tons of money yeah.

Ah yes, good to see Dag is as scatterbrained as I am. Spends 40,000 to install and level a silage bunker to save money over baling. Then rents two different machines to unload said bunker plus getting dinged by a bunker glitch which screws him out of 5,000+ liters of silage. As well as renting a special bigger trailer (then later buying a different trailer) and making several trips to the sell point with loose silage. After going through all of this though, he's already talking about getting a baler, a flatbed, and a telehandler anyway. Good heavens man 😂🥲. Rent a baler/wrapper, buy a loader for the NH as well as a fork. Then either rent or buy a low loader, I'd recommend buy if possible so that you have something to haul slower equipment back and forth from the shop. When that's said and done sell the blimey pit to recoup some money, cut your losses, and call it a day my guy. Best of luck, hopefully 3rd times the charm for a win

what peripherals do you use to play FM?
You’re not going to get anywhere just renting everything Daggerwin. Start focusing on getting the essentials. Drill, fertiliser, flatbed trailer and a baler. Once you have gotten all of these maybe think about getting an easy production like an oil mill. Also don’t think that you need a bigger tractor. 270hp is easily enough and if anything, you need a smaller front loader tractor. When are you going to continue with Survival Trucking?
Lol survival trucking was dead when it started. There was nothing survival about it, it was literally just normal trucking
If you want to put grass in a silo with silage you can look at enhanced silo. With that mod you can convert silage into caff so you can put a harvest on top
If you want a cheap fast machine consider an unimog

Is it just me or is the cab of the tractor a different shade of blue compared to the bonnet?
It’s the mud on the bonnet making it seem darker

Hey Daggerwin, get a worker doing a contract with leased equipment so you're always making a few pound while going back & forward to the store, sell points etc. Just an idea.

Daggerwin do a favour yourself, lease the round baler, because the round bale autoload is cheaper and load many more bales.
When you'll have theoney you can purchase the square baler with the square bale loader

cheapest "forest" is parcelle 110 (not field 110!) and it is nearly flat if you enter between field ;-) 124 and 125
why didn't you pick the hookloader with the large container? in that way you could still use the smaller loader because you could lower the container to the ground. an other advantage i think is you can have multiple containers with only one trailer. can leave one on a field that is being harvested.

I don't think contracts work the same in multi player as they do in single player. It seems the contractor shorts the harvest to stab at the profit you might not make with the contract.
They work the same way in MP as in SP.
I'm new to this game. What was the purpose of buying a shed so early in the game? Daggerwin said he didn't realize that it had a workshop. What other advantage is there? Does it actually prevent your equipment from the elements? Or is it just for aesthetics?
Except for the workshop I don't think there's anything but aesthetics :)

You could configurate your trailer in your workshop even if it don't fit.
Just drive the tracktor into the trigger and every attatched equipment can be configured even if they are not in the trigger.
How long will this series last? All the other multiplayer series were disappointingly short
In the competitive sense buying that plot next door to the sell point makes sense

you could use the john deere baler you have on survival challenge its cheap and a square baler.

Baling v/s Silage pit, it's not even a contest in my opinion, bales are much denser and require less handling and driving per liter of silage, and no need to do compacting either.
You just spent like 6 minutes talking about contracts and now you are wasting time you could be doing a contract...??
Daggerwin could u try and make it so rennebu becomes a PS4 map as well

Careful with that silage pit mine did the same and I wasn't able to wrap or compress the grass that I put in there the second time and lost the entire Harvest
The grass/silage on the outside is sadly not easy to handle or fix on a map of this size. It's a problem because of the size of the map and the 'helper files' which dictates how detailed the fields, textures and volumes are rendered. Nothing I can do to improve it without killing performance (even more) :(

A fermenting silo is so much easier to use. Just park the trailer under the spout and fill. No waste either.

you should take your tractor to the top of the map with super strength and try and drive it all the way down 😂
