Glad to have helped shed some light, you can even open your project in Bitwig so it's not gonna be that much work :) Good luck!

What was the "driven by something" that you were mentioning at 29:00 for making anything a sequencer?

Great work! Good thing you already hooked up with Mr. KirkwoodWest, he's the best #controllerism-man :)
I wish my Setup would fit into an airplane overhead space, too. But that won't ever happen with a fat keyboard as main-controller :D
One thing which still boggles my mind concerning Bitwig: How Bitwig still doesn't have a Display of Clip-Playback-Progress pinned to each Track. I guess there are close to zero people with huge livesets / who scroll around in their livesets, triggering stuff from different scenes, because i hear noone talking about this :D
I mean: as soon as you play/trigger a clip from a scene which is out of sight, you have zero visual info about its playback progress. Also i'm still waiting for them to finally hand out an API function for the /clip-playback-progress so we can visualize the progress on interfaces like Touch OSC :)
But yea Bitwig > Ableton. Glad i switched, too. :)

Thanks! The pinning is actually a great idea! Will think about how it could be done :D
