Bro you are too good...but sometimes it becomes quite confusing when you say open G 2nd fret on A etc.... e.g. if finger picking is to be done on C chord...then just string number is enough.....I mean once the positions of fingers are clear...then just the sequence of strings is enough...e.g. first play 2nd string then 5th..then 4th It will be a whole lot easier for you and others too
