Ang mga luto namin igisa at lagyan ng itlog, luto sa mongo ang dahon, sa pinakbet baboy bagoong alamang may talong kalabasa sitaw hinihiwang ampalaya at gawin din ng salad hindi ko po pinipigaan ng asin mas gusto ang pait I'm after the nutrients. Sa salad either grill it for short time or just plain slice it & of course with onion tomatoes and ginger. May tanim akong ampalaya sa backyard ko at malunggay talong kalabasa sitaw tomatoes different kinds of peppers pechay & different kinds of herbs here in the US.
