Foil tape are the disks, use the oil after you do your nail and before you remove them, the fork is a cuticle remover tool, the brush is to remove filing dust, the blue thing is a buffer you only wanna buff the shine off with it,and the stick with balls on the end is a dotting tool used for nail art, also you should keep the bottles away from the light to prevent any issues of it curing in the bottle
You are not alone i literally don't give a shit about how my nails look and can never be bothered to do them and when I do I hate the feeling and remove it straight away lol

ok the disks are striping tape and then cuticle oil you use after to moisturize the nails and cuticles. Also thank you for this I'm so excited about this kit 😁

the circles you were talking about is nail tape and you use that as like on the nail for different designs and you can leave it there or use it to make straight lines after you remove it. i don’t think the gloves are one use. i think you can use them multiple times
