I just installed this today on my 70. Those front bracket bolts were a COMPLETE PITA. Finally got it though. 😅

hi jnstrcklnd. Thanks for watching and sharing. We know exactly what you mean. Glad you were able to get it done. What else are you doing on your 70?

@SpiritedWrenchers I just did a CPP 5 lug disk brake swap with Wilwood D52 calipers, CPP tubular control arms, CPP rear 5 lug axle swap, CPP 2.5" drop spindles, CPP 2" drop springs, Still got to install the brake booster, bleed brakes then move on to the rear where I'm doing 4" springs and 2" blocks. Got 20" American Racing Torq Thrust Wheels with grey centers going on as well.

That looks great and a nice compliment to the rest of the front suspension. Can't wait to see how it looks when he's back on the ground.

Greasable bushings are a super nice touch!

Can you use those factory replacement brackets for standard height?

Thanks for watching. We appreciate it. I believe you can since it comes with 2 sets and 1 is more for a lowered vehicle. To verify, I would check with CPP. Stay safe out there.

Front sway bar is one of the best bang for the buck upgrades u can do to a C10. I hear ya about unexpected things popping up unexpectidly and slowing thngs down and making u reach for your wallet again. Just finished mine, 3 years from start to finish but truck only down 18 months, and still a couple bugs to work out. As u are aware they are never done.

hey buddy. Great to hear from you. Thank you for watching and sharing. Couldn't agree more on the sway bar. You're right, they never seem to be done. LOL. Glad you're following along so you can chime in to give some guidance with all that experience you have. 🙂. Cheers!

Did the bend in the swaybar help with the clearance to the tie rods/pitman arm?

HI Keith. Thanks for watching and asking. We appreciate it. The sway bar has plenty of clearance from the tie rods but I'm not sure if the bend is more for that or just the angles needed in order to connect properly to the LCA's and be functional. Hope that helps.
