I think next they need to do an amazon map. Fishing for pirhannas, vampire fish (idk the real name) pacu, red tailed catfish, peacock bass, arapaima up to 250lbs (would serve as a real seller for EW)

Even a gulf of Mexico map with snook, lane snapper, mangrove snapper gafftop sail catfish, tarpon, sharks, stingrays, jack crevalle, Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, flounder, red fish, black drum, speckled sea trout, lady fish, pufferfish etc (me now realizing they need to do this instead of Amazon as I'm typing 😂)
The Dolly Varden is a very close relative of the Arctic Char, but they are slightly different. They are part of the taxonomic order known as the “Arctic Char Complex”, which is basically just saying that they overlap with Arctic Char and Bull Trout in many areas. In other words, they’re very similar, but slightly different.
I love the new species, the Taimen is truly a fish to behold.. As a former fisherman myself (now a busy student unfortunately) I love that I can at least fish virtually now that I dont have really time anymore.. Cought some good fish in my day.. I wonder what is the biggest catch you ever gotten crow!
As an Alaskan, I love this map, they have fish such as chum salmon, Dolly Varden, rainbow trout, and of course, sockeye salmon (my pfp is a sockeye I caught out of the Kenai river) and I’m looking forward to getting this map! I appreciate you showcasing this map!
The Dolly Varden are not a sea-run Arctic Char, Arctic Char do have a sea-run species like Steelhead and Salmon. But are not Dolly Varden. Dolly Varden go from the sea to the rivers multiple times like Steelhead. But Artic Char and Dolly Varden are very closely related, but not the same. : ) The Kokanee and Sockeye are right tho, one is just a sea-run the other is only in lakes. But Sockeye should be double the size of Kokanee, not smaller in my opinion.
Yea sockeye need to be bigger for sure! I swear i heard about dolly varden being a char when i was a kid. Maybe im misremembering or the source i heard that from was incorrect

@@Tohhmo1 good point kind of forgot people did that… yeh that could be cool… they would need to make the fish look more unique from fish to fish and scale their sizes to be realistic as a 10lbs fish can either look gigantic or smaller than your thumb…

I don't know if you've caught them yet, but cherry salmon should be in the streams since that's where they are naturally

Aquariums are another option as well as the replicas
