Episode: The Injury
Synopsis: After Matthew (Andy Dick) has a non-job related accident, Dave (Dave Foley) is busy clearing the medical records while Bill (Phil Hartman) is able to repeatedly say "Penis" on air. This is the resulting confrontation.
AND because Matthew had to lie to save the company about the lack of health insurance, Mr. James (Steven ___) talks to Matthew to help him feel better.

Yea, it was censored on the DVD of all things.
When i first taped it and saw it, Dave hands Bill the paper, Bill looks at it and asks, total? and Dave says per penis.
I think Bill gets one last "penis" in there at the end too if memory serves.

2packs4sure this is asinine. If memory serves me, I actually bought the dvds years ago... I feel horrible for supporting this destruction of art.
I am so sorry Phil, your brilliance deserved to exist in this world without some prudish editor messing your scenes up on the order of an even more prudish distribution company.

It was important to do that because we're all children now apparently...
So SO stupid........

@@omarcuevas439 NBC did it. They changed it for subsequent airings, and did the same to at least three other episodes. It's ridiculous the dvds have the mangled versions and not the originals.

As an o.g. fan I recognize all the cuts on sight as well. But I think I think everyone involved would have enjoyed the irony of a storyline about censoring a word then having that word censored.
