few questions, on getting signed: Co-publishing: Does the contract include a co-publishing agreement, and if so, what percentage of the publishing royalties will the sync agency claim?
Administration fees: What percentage does the sync agency charge for administering your rights and collecting royalties?
Exclusive or non-exclusive: Is the contract exclusive or non-exclusive? An exclusive contract means you can only work with that particular sync agency, while a non-exclusive one allows you to work with multiple agencies.
Contract duration: How long does the contract last? Is it for a specific project or for a set period of time?
Termination clause: Does the contract have a termination clause that allows you to end the agreement if you're not satisfied with the sync agency's performance?
