Just saw this. I think every piece of gear I’ve ever used has left some kind of a mark. At some point I just had to decide if I wanted to keep my instruments to be museum pieces or play them and enjoy them with all the right gear that helps me play better. - Nate

Absolutely. Armrests are great for players of every level.
Please be aware. I have 2 varnish finished mandolins and 2 of these armrests. One of my mandolins is now permanently marked by the cork fittings.
