I’m thinking for Bowser’s kingdom a wonder effect could add some lava in some places, like there could be lava all around the sides of the islands, and a Koopa Shell could appear out of a block and have you explore new areas.
what if on darker side, the wonder flower makes a giant rocket which leads you to a new kingdom, the sun kindom. you could find a new race, new mechanics, heavier gravity, and you could go to the center of the sun. in the center there could be a new wonder flower that will turn mario into a version of the new race from the sun, and you go back to earth and you do a difficult challenge across all the kingdoms. you eventually get to the moon, where a new boss could be that you use a bunch of different captures to defeat.
For Metro kingdom, the time idea is actually pretty cool. I can think of a moon where you give money to a starting business, go into the future, and the guy rewards you with a moon. Or you talk to an npc who needs the other half of a necklace or something, go into the past and see where it is and get it.
For the ruined kingdom, maybe bowser also had an alliance with the dragon people and if they saw Mario they would kill him, and cappy could not capture one unless they are unconscious, so Mario has to go on a stealth mission around the stronghold until he finds a sleeping guard who he can capture and use to get to the dragon boss
I wish that at the mushroom kingdom that once you got the wonder flower you could go through paintings and each one would be the fist level of a 2d Mario game
What if for the Seasude kingdom toxic goop covered the place, cappy turns into a flash liquidating ultra dowsing device, and the locals through you in jail...

I think the lost kingdom’s wonder flower should make a giant wave of poison that is eating up the entire kingdom and you need to run into a hidden cave at the top of the peak with an abandoned ruins in that hidden cave.

Ok, first affected kingdom is cascade kingdom, the cap kingdom is a kind of tutorial and it doesn’t need to be more complex, as for the kingdom itself, is is called the CASCADE kingdom, so my idea is that it begins to rain, flooding the low points of the map, the story version of this would be like a don’t touch the lava thing where the water like revitalizes the fossils and they are chasing you in the water, but after you get the moon, it would clear the agressive fossils and allows you to to explore a prehistoric underwater land
Next up is sand kingdom, which is kinda interesting, for this one I have 2 ideas. Idea 1: Flip, the world will flip, and colors invert, you will have to play the level upside down, some things will fall out of the sky and float around, and if you jump too high, then you will fall too, the climax is inside a pyramid where gravity flip is applied and you have to fight a boss and my other idea, Gravity change is basically that, but the flip happens every time you jump and you don’t get to stand on flipped land, if there is say, a floating pyramid, use gravity change to walk on the bottom, but if there is nothing, you just die

I hate SMBW with a passion and can’t stand the wonder seed so hypothetically in Odyssey, it would just be lame imo 😬 Nintendo needs to make something that’s ACTUALLY fun and not boring stuff 😶

Okay, my ideas ... Cap Kingdom: Pretty much what you said, the airships rising and working as platforms. But I think getting us to the city is too much. Maybe instead we get a boss fight in the air, like, against the Broodals' airship. Cascade Kingdom: Fossils coming to life is certainly the right move. Maybe the triceratops can be captured and can destroy even more than the tyrannosaurus can, breaking thriugh the mountain itself. Sand Kingdom: Covering it in snow is pretty good. Maybe add some Mister Blizzard enemies. Lake Kingdom: Yeah, draining. Given that the Lake Kingdom doesn't have a real boss, just a Broodal fight, maybe draining the water wakes up a giant crab or something. Wooded Kingdom: Okay, bear with me here - rotate the thing. The floor is now the wall, there is no floor anymore and buildings and trees are platforms. Cloud Kingdom: Clearly needs more stuff. What if a hole opens in the main cloud and you can go into an upside down cloud castle on the underside? The people there would be cloud creatures who stick to the ceiling, but for Mario, everything is upside down. Lost Kingdom: Two ideas. Either the poison rises, forcing you into a raise upwards, without Cappy because Klepto stole him again. Or the poison becomes clear water that you can explore now. Metro Kingdom: I actually love the time travel idea, but I want to use that for Ruined Kingdom. So instead, how about adding a giant kart race through the city? Basically turn the whole thing into Mario Kart. Snow Kingdom: Melt the snow, have the above world a beautiful green valley and Shiveria itself flooded. Seaside Kingdom: Cover it in goo so you have to use a Gushen to clean it. Basically make it more Super Mario Sunshine. Luncheon Kingdom: I love the idea to make everything look ridiculously realistic. No notes. Ruined Kingdom: Again, going back to when it wasn't ruined is perfect. Bowser's Kingdom: No ideas of my own. Of yours, I like giant mecha the best. Moon Kingdom: Gravity screw. The gravity gets higher or sometimes even lower over the span of a few minutes. You can do ridiculous jumps and sometimes none at all. Mushroom Kingdom: One painting from 64. Just one. This is the one kingdom that actually adds a whole new area and it's a level from 64. Not sure which. Ideally one that hasn't been recreated in Galaxy already.
With the Ruined Kingdom it could allow you to capture the Lord of Lightning.
and fly around to other towers.
For New Donk Coty, I think it should be transformed into a jungle, given how it’s named after Donkey Kong.

To be fair, the world of Mario technically already did have a Cloud Kingdom before Odyssey, but the company currently called Square Enix owns it.
