The Lumineon is just for searching Arven early game really. It turns itself and Ultra Ball into 4 more Arven copies. It also isn't an issue if you choose to play Collapsed Stadium (most Gardy lists do, I just happen not to be due to playing things like Vacuum for a locals tech, though I may replace Artazon if we get more Zard/Lost Box at locals). If we don't need Lumineon turn 1, it typically becomes Refinement/UB fodder ngl!
You will have to buy other cards unfortunately to exactly replicate this list. However, the structure does give you a lot of the deck (The Greninja especially is REALLY nice) and some options in the deck here can be flexed with other things - you can play the Mew ex over something like Gallade, for example!

You don't need lumineon v if u have gallade thats my opinion cause its a easy thread to get 2 prize cards for the opponents
