Hi bro i know how to draw cad and solidworks but i have a problem while converting orthographic views to isometric views . If there is a 3d picture with orthographic view i can easily draw that design. I am unable to assume the 3d of 2d design Please suggest how can i overcome this? I didn't study fist year both in engineering and diploma (lateral )that's why ....
Hi Jonathan, It is great that you know AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Do not worry about the difficulty converting 2D (orthographic) views to 3D (isometric). It is a common problem especially in the beginning even you missed first-year classes. To improve Study basics: Learn the basics of orthographic projections (top, front, side views) from your first year engineering drawing book and believe me its helps a lot to overcome that issue which are facing now. Break it down: Try to imagine 3D objects as simple shapes like boxes or cylinders. Use SolidWorks: Try using the 3D tools like extrude to help visualize. With practice you will get better over time
think you sir
