A Life of Selfless Service - Permanent Diaconate Ordination June 8, 2024

Deacons Ramey Uriarte and Miguel Serna were ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on June 8 at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Boise. Family, friends, fellow parishioners and clergy from their parishes were among the 400 who attended the packed 10 a.m. Mass. “I was so blessed by so many members of the community of Risen Christ attending,” said Deacon Uriarte, commenting on the faithful from the Boise parish to which he has been assigned.
