Great fry up. If you go to the butchers and buy some dry cured bacon then it isn't full of water and it doesn't shrink. It costs more per rasher but because they don't shrink then you don't need as many. Keep up the good work, I love your cooking videos 👍

You should watch Kent Rollins. He’ll show you how to cook on the iron skillet. There’s no reason you should be burning the ‘non stick’ from your pan. Don’t buy the bacon wrapped in plastic but buy sliced from butchers and the water content is minimal. All that’s happening in your pan is boiling, not frying. Good to see you getting the subs for all your hard work. 👌

Easy cure for watery bacon is not to buy the cheapest thing in the shop. Nothing wrong with a bit of fried dirt. It adds texture. They say there's nothing like eating breakfast in a peaceful forest, and that was nothing like it. :o(

Fantastic grub as always Paul, I remember proper bacon & proper gorilla fist sized sausages from the local butcher... before butcher's charged Harrods prices! Makes the bacon saltier too with all that salted water in it. Still it looked great mate, glad you didn't put the beans on the side in a pretentious bowl :-) I hate that in posh cafes. Like the comment on the water in the bacon but you still keep buying the one with the water in. Perhaps do a review on which is the best bacon.
