Hi Rob I’ve been following your videos as well as a number of other floor cleaning contractors. One video you’d said you would help people who are interested in starting their own floor cleaning business which I’m attempting now for my area, southern New Hampshire. Could you by email or some form of communication send me a list of everything you know or feel would make any floor cleaning business successful please. I would greatly appreciate it. I do have a list made up from other cleaners I follow but I’m sure there’s a piece of equipment or two I’m missing lol thanks again
You have a god video, but made an oxymoron when you contradicted yourself. Here's how, you claim the hole glide will not provide as deep of a cleaning but will dry the fastest and the slotted glide will provide a deeper cleaning but not dry as fast.... wrong!!!! Because you are only half right, and here is why..... If I put down 2 gallons of hot water/steam/rinse and pre spray chemical on carpet and if the carpet dries quicker one way versus another it is because I removed more water, hence removing more dirt water, more soil, dirt and bacteria it is just that simple. This also means I provided a deeper cleaning, because deeper cleaning by definition is the removal of he maximum amount of dirt and bacteria. If I put down 2 gallons and can remove 1.5 with a hole glide vs 1 to 1.25 gal with slotted glide out of the 2 gallons that was put down with pre spray and cleaning then it only makes logical sense that I also remove that much more dirt and also provided a deeper cleaning as a result with the hole glide. You are very informative, but be careful as you have a large following and when you lack basic common sense you can steer people in the wrong direction and people are like sheep and will almost believe anything, so I just advise to use common sense when you put out a theory or recommendation.
As a new owner operator I've found your video to be priceless. Thanks man keep up the great education you offer.
Thank you for the commendation.
Truth
Another great video!
What do you recommend to seal a small amount of air leaking around the ends of the glide? I thought silicone might be overkill if I need to remove it.
Rob what happened to the carpet king?
He went through a rough divorce and knocked off his feet. I believe he is up and running again. I wish him well.
