What is the most important for accurate event, is the sub lord of house's lord planet, or cuspl sub lord of the house

Madam... Why are you not taking the lagna sub lord and the Moon sub lord as current ruling planets? Prof Krishnamurthi used to include these two planets as well as ruling planets at the time of judgement.

Moon sign - Jupiter
Moon star - Mercury
